2 Kiwi The Cachaça
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
Ice to taste (never use crushed ice, it makes your caipirinha watery as it melts fast)
Preparation
Peel the kiwis and cut into slices.
Place the slices in a tall glass, add the sugar and mash.
Add ice to taste, complete with "A Cachaça", stir well and serve immediately.
