2 Pineapple Slices (shelled and crumbed) The Cachaça
1 tablespoon of sugar
Ice to taste (never use crushed ice, it makes your caipirinha watery as it melts fast)
Preparation
Chop the diced pineapple slices, place in a glass, add sugar and mash.
Add ice to taste, complete with "A Cachaça", stir well and serve immediately.
